Application won't start
- Ensure Java 17+ is installed (or use the bundled version)
- Check if port 9876 is available
- Verify you have read/write permissions in the directory
Logs not detected correctly
- Verify log format matches expected PLC or PC patterns
- Check timestamp format is correct
- Ensure file encoding is UTF-8 or ASCII
File upload fails
- Check file size is under 50MB
- Ensure file has allowed extension
- Verify log has valid structure
- Check filename for special characters
Performance issues
- Reduce number of active files
- Apply filters to reduce visible log count
- Close unused browser tabs
- Increase available RAM if processing large files
