Quick fixes for the most common problems you might encounter.

Application won't start

  • Ensure Java 17+ is installed (or use the bundled version)
  • Check if port 9876 is available
  • Verify you have read/write permissions in the directory

Logs not detected correctly

  • Verify log format matches expected PLC or PC patterns
  • Check timestamp format is correct
  • Ensure file encoding is UTF-8 or ASCII

File upload fails

  • Check file size is under 50MB
  • Ensure file has allowed extension
  • Verify log has valid structure
  • Check filename for special characters

Performance issues

  • Reduce number of active files
  • Apply filters to reduce visible log count
  • Close unused browser tabs
  • Increase available RAM if processing large files
